Hey, I'm Jerry, the owner and operator of Tech Titan LLC. Since 2020, I’ve been helping businesses of all sizes build a powerful online presence that not only attracts, but impresses their ideal clients. When I started this journey, I was working as a virtual assistant, focusing mainly on customer service and administrative tasks. But as my clients needed more from me, I could never say no—I simply learned as I went.
That willingness to grow led me to discover my passion for all things tech and marketing. Before long, I was building websites, mastering Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and diving headfirst into the digital world. Fast forward five years, and I’m proud to say that Tech Titan LLC has transformed into a one-stop solution for business owners looking to navigate the ever-changing tech landscape.
My mission is simple: to take the stress of tech and marketing off your plate so you can focus on what you do best—serving your clients. I first picked up a camera in 2017 as my wife’s second shooter for weddings. Whether it’s capturing the essence of a brand or showcasing products and services in the best light, my goal is always to create images that drive engagement and leave a lasting impression.

Ten years of customer service including general support, technical support, and sales. I also have specialized training as well as 3 years of experience in customer escalations and retention. Even when you have a customer that is… difficult… to deal with, I can handle the interaction with a calm and professional demeaner while leading the customer towards a resolution to their concern.
